Dr. Padilla and his staff are amazing! I’ve never felt so comfortable in a dentist office in my life!!!! I had upper dental implants done! Best decision I ever made, and they made the process very comfortable, very calming and very painless!!! I’m in my second week of healing from my surgery and I couldn’t be happier! Not to mention, it was the best sleep ever!

This office is a scam! I went in for a cleaning…, they charges my insurance for veneers. I have never even had a cavity in my life! My teeth are naturally perfect. Now I’m getting calls stating I owe thousand of dollars. Last time I went to this office was in 2024 and I just started getting these calls Jan 16th 2026! I definitely will be calling the board of dentistry and be taking legal action. They fraudulently charged my insurance and now took my information to collections which is crazy! I too am a health care professional (doctor) and I would never leave a bill unpaid for service rendered… however this was a fraudulent act. I will be perusing legal action and calling the board!

After calling nearly a dozen dentist I finally found a dental office with their own lab. I lost a small tooth in lower jaw which left an unsightly gap in my lower front teeth. Dr. Orcutt was amazing. She understood my situation and set about using this amazing computer imaging of my entire mouth from which my "flipper" would be made. Called a flipper as you can just flip it in & out. Received it yesterday. Perfect fit! Thanks Dr. Orcutt & Dr. Padillo for this great dental center.

Great environment and excellent patient care. Elizabeth guided me through the entire process. I was nervous at first, but she made my dental screening smooth and easy. Her professionalism and support really helped me feel at ease.

After 3 years of pain and discomfort caused by DR. PADILLA, I finally got the relief I’ve needed elsewhere. It started as a small occlusal filling on a molar that never had any issues. I was told AFTER the filling that “it may have just been plaque that would’ve come out after your cleaning”. The pain began and didn’t stop. Dr. Padilla did a root canal and the pain STILL didn’t stop. I had been told there may have been a fracture from the Root Canal but nothing was ever done to confirm. I am so thankful for my NEW dentist. Finally no pain. The root canal by Dr. Padilla was done incorrectly and had gotten an infection. From the looks of it, he filed too deep into the roots of the tooth and punctured through the apex. I asked to keep the tooth so I can get a closer look as to what he’d done. Thankfully it was not too expensive to pull but it’s unfortunate that I had to take this loss of a perfectly healthy tooth. As an employee of Dental Designs, I would’ve recommended this office in a heartbeat. But as a patient of unfair treatment, I warn everyone that Dental Designs’ first priority is the money they make. Not the well-being of their patients.
